Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are fulfilled within 1 or 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. inside USA shipping time from 2 to 6days. Shipping worldwide takes from 7 to 25 days.Worldwide shipping: Customer  will have to pay indicated amount for import taxes and duties. In addition, a courier-specific handling fee may apply.

CUSTOMS

Sales tax, customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.

Orders shipped to worldwide could be charged with customs fees. You may receive a separate invoice from your post office for these customs costs. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package. Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

To avoid the separate invoice (Advancement Fee) from your post office, the customer can contact the post office as soon as they get the tracking number and organize to pay the duties prior to receiving the order.  

Promirose only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

In case your Promirose package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the promirose products and its outer white cardboard packaging, and email us as in the first of 5 days support@promirose.com to notify us of the damage.
